When to contact the IT-helpers at ROTKO and when to contact Lapland UAS IT-support?
The IT-support at Lapland UAS only assists with issues concerning devices owned by the school and the information systems used by the school. The IT-helpers can assist students on issues with the students own device (such as you can't connect to the school network with your own laptop/smartphone/tablet etc).
